It's nearly impossible to conceptualize a billion dollars—let alone a trillion dollars—so I put it all in context.
My first video focused on the staggering $62.8 billion fortune of then-presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg. It was released the night of his first presidential debate and quickly went viral on Twitter, with write-ups in Marketwatch, Fast Company and others.
I followed up with videos about massive gains on the balance sheets of America's billionaires during the first several months of the pandemic (over $600 billion) and the ballooning student debt that became a flashpoint in the 2020 Democratic primary ($1.7 trillion at the time.)
